1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using HerWell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use of the app.

2. Educational Purposes Only — Not Medical Advice

Important: The content provided by HerWell, including cycle predictions, health insights, and responses from the AI assistant, is for informational and educational purposes only. HerWell is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age to use HerWell. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should use the app with parental guidance.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

HerWell offers a free tier and an optional HerWell Pro subscription with enhanced features. All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You agree not to use HerWell for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app's Privacy Settings. Upon deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period after which all data is permanently erased from our servers. To restore your account during the grace period, contact us at support@getherwell.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

HerWell shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to reliance on cycle predictions or AI-generated guidance.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
